These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 188win ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the 188win website, mobile application and all associated services. By registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet on 188win, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or use the platform. 188win reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To use 188win, you must register a personal account. Registration is free and open to individuals who meet the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms. You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and to keep that information up to date at all times.
One account per person. Each individual may hold only one active account on 188win. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, same mobile number, same payment method, same device or the same IP address — are strictly prohibited. Where 188win identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts associated with the same individual may be closed and balances may be forfeited.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. 188win will never ask for your password by email, phone or chat. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately at support@188win.im.
- You must be at least 18 years old to register.
- You must not be subject to any court order, legal restriction or self-exclusion that prohibits gambling.
- You must not register on behalf of another person.
- All registration information must be verifiable and belong to you.
188win may request identity verification documents at any time, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal or in response to unusual account activity. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
188win enforces a strict minimum age of 18 years. We do not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit or participate in any activity on the platform. This policy is non-negotiable and is applied without exception.
During the registration process, you will be asked to confirm that you are 18 or older. 188win reserves the right to request official government-issued identity documents — such as a Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driving licence — to verify your date of birth at any time. Where age verification reveals that a player is or was under 18 at the time of registration, the account will be closed immediately, any winnings will be void and the deposit amount may be returned minus any costs incurred by 188win in the verification process.
188win accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. No foreign currency is accepted and no currency conversion is offered.
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit for most methods, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. 188win processes deposits in real time — funds are available for betting immediately upon confirmation from your payment provider.
- All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
- Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another person — are not permitted and will result in a hold on your account pending investigation.
- 188win does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
- Deposits made in error or without intent to bet may be subject to a reversal fee at 188win's discretion.
188win may implement enhanced due diligence checks on large deposits or on accounts showing unusual deposit patterns. These checks are conducted in line with our internal compliance procedures and may require you to provide source of funds documentation.
188win processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. Withdrawals to a different method may be permitted at 188win's discretion following identity verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
Standard withdrawal processing times on 188win are as follows:
- Easypaisa / JazzCash: Typically within 1–30 minutes for verified accounts.
- NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically within 1 hour.
- Bank IBFT: Within 2–4 hours during banking hours.
- Visa/Mastercard: Within 1–3 business days.
VIP Club members receive enhanced withdrawal speeds: Gold tier members receive priority processing, Platinum members receive same-day withdrawals and Diamond members receive instant processing. These timelines are maintained as service-level commitments, not best-effort targets.
Before processing any withdrawal, 188win reserves the right to verify the identity of the account holder and the source of funds. Accounts with outstanding bonus wagering requirements must clear those requirements before funds equivalent to the bonus amount may be withdrawn. Real-money balance that is not subject to bonus conditions may be withdrawn at any time.
188win offers a range of bonuses and promotions including a welcome bonus, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, VIP Club rewards and a Refer a Friend programme. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which supplement these General Terms.
Welcome Bonus: New players who register and make a qualifying first deposit receive a 100% match bonus up to Rs 25,000. The bonus is subject to a wagering requirement that will be stated clearly in the promotion terms at the time of claiming.
Wagering Requirements: Any bonus funds credited to your account carry a wagering requirement. This means you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before the bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in each promotion and are calculated on qualifying game play. Games may contribute to wagering requirements at different rates — sports betting and live casino typically contribute at 100%, while certain slots may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion terms.
- Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
- Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated time window.
- 188win reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed.
- Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
- VIP cashback and Refer a Friend rewards are credited as real PKR balance with no wagering requirements attached.
188win actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse. Actions including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, exploiting technical errors in the platform, or systematically low-risk wagering designed to clear bonus requirements without genuine engagement, may result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.
All sports bets placed on 188win are subject to these General Terms and the specific Sport Rules applicable to the relevant market. Sport Rules are available in the Sports Betting section of the platform and cover market-specific settlement logic for cricket, football, tennis and all other sports offered.
Bet Placement: A bet is confirmed when you receive an on-screen acceptance message and the bet appears in your bet slip history. Until that confirmation is received, the bet has not been placed. 188win is not responsible for bets that fail to process due to connectivity issues on the player's side.
Odds Changes: 188win reserves the right to change odds at any time before a bet is confirmed. If the odds change between the time you select them and the time the bet is processed, the bet may be rejected or offered at the new price depending on your account's settings. Accepted bets are settled at the odds shown at the time of acceptance.
- Void bets: A bet is voided if an event is cancelled, postponed beyond the settlement window, or if a market is offered in error. Void bets are returned to your account balance in full.
- Live betting: In-play bets are settled based on the official result at the time of the applicable event completion. Delay in live data may occasionally affect in-play markets — 188win reserves the right to suspend markets without notice.
- Maximum payout: A maximum single-bet payout of Rs 10,00,000 per settlement applies across all sports, unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific market.
188win reserves the right to limit the stakes, number of bets or maximum winnings available to any individual player at its discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. This applies particularly where betting patterns suggest professional or syndicated betting activity.
All casino games, live dealer tables, Teen Patti variants, poker games and virtual sports offered by 188win are provided by licensed third-party game studios or software providers. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or by live physical processes under the supervision of trained dealers.
By participating in any casino or game product at 188win, you acknowledge that:
- All game results are final once confirmed by the system. Disputes about outcomes can be raised with support, but game results will not be reversed unless a demonstrable technical error caused an incorrect outcome.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface before you place any stake.
- Teen Patti variants are played to the rules displayed in the game lobby. Any deviation from standard rules is noted in the game description.
- Poker games are governed by standard hand rankings and the specific tournament or cash game rules displayed at the table.

If a technical fault or disconnection occurs during a game round, 188win will use system logs to determine the state of play at the time of the fault. Where a bet was confirmed and a result was generated before the disconnection, that result stands. Where no result was generated, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 188win. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.
- Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
- Using software, bots or automated systems to place bets, access the platform or manipulate game outcomes.
- Exploiting technical errors or software bugs on the platform to place bets at incorrect odds or claim funds that are not legitimately yours.
- Colluding with other players in poker, Teen Patti or any other multi-player game to gain an unfair advantage.
- Chip dumping — intentionally losing chips or funds to another account in poker or table games.
- Match fixing or insider betting — placing bets based on information not available to the public or participating in schemes to fix sporting outcomes.
- Using another person's payment method to fund your account or receive withdrawals.
- Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
- Threatening, harassing or abusing 188win staff or other players in any communication channel.
188win reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably believe that these Terms have been violated, where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, or where we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory guidance.
Common grounds for account suspension include:
- Failure to complete identity or age verification within the requested timeframe.
- Evidence of duplicate account registration.
- Suspected bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotions.
- Suspected use of automated betting software.
- Suspicious financial activity triggering AML compliance review.
- Breach of any provision in these Terms.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the balance is frozen. If the investigation concludes that no Terms have been breached, the account will be reinstated and the balance released. If a breach is confirmed, 188win will determine the appropriate action, which may include balance forfeiture on the basis of the breach.
Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at support@188win.im. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the verified payment method on file, subject to standard withdrawal processing and verification procedures.

During any outage, outstanding bets will be processed upon restoration of service based on the official results of the relevant events.
188win reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made to the Terms, we will notify registered players by email to the address on their account, by in-app notification, or by prominent notice on the 188win homepage. The updated Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notification.
Minor changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarification of existing rules without substantive effect, or additions that benefit players — may be made without formal notification. The current version of these Terms will always be accessible on this page, dated with the most recent revision date.
If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you should stop using 188win and contact support to close your account. Continuing to use the platform after a notified amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
